Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone. A confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS once your appointment is scheduled.
All services must be paid for in full either before or on the day of service. We accept online payments, bank transfers, or cash (if pre-approved).
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access is available to the property at the agreed time. Missed appointments may result in additional charges.
While we take utmost care, Tidy Spaces UK is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not reported before cleaning. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours.
