A newly constructed site leaves behind dust, debris, paint marks, plaster, and workers’ footprints. Preparing for the Challenge

Since this was anything but a regular cleaning job, not only did we need an extensive and yet reliable staff to carry out the job, but also heavy-duty machinery, modern methods, and sharp recognition for aesthetic detail. Every surface — from floors and walls to fixtures and fittings — was to be addressed. The crucial difficulty of the project was that construction dust settled on every surface. The Cleaning Process

The first and most crucial step of any cleaning job is inspecting the site carefully to judge which areas can be cleaned quickly and which need a detailed and thorough job. It also helps in differentiating between high-traffic zones that need to be aesthetically groomed for reopening and delicate surfaces that need special care. From then on, this commercial cleaning project was divided into steps.

  • Dust and Debris Removal
    The most obvious hurdle in this cleaning process was the leftover debris and dust from the renovation. Thus, this was handled by carefully vacuuming and wiping down all surfaces from walls to skirting boards, window frames, and fixtures
  • Floor Deep Cleaning
